Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive tasks? We're looking for a Document Scanner / Document Prep Associate to join a growing team that helps convert paper records into digital files.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys focused, independent work and takes pride in accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing paper documents for scanning
• Removing staples, paper clips, sticky notes, and other attachments
• Organizing and sorting files
• Ensuring documents are properly prepared and in the correct order
• Maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the scanning process
• Lifting and moving boxes of documents (up to 35 lbs. occasionally)
• Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes and instructions
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed
• Previous warehouse, production, data entry, clerical, or document management experience is a plus, but not required

This job will pay a range of $17.50 - $21.00 per hour.
